Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
We are happy to craft a special menu to accommodate MOST allergies, dietary restrictions, celiac, gluten-free pescatarians, vegetarians, vegans, and preferences.
Every menu is thoughtfully curated and is taken as seriously as everything else we do, so please allow 48 hours’ advance notice so that we can deliver our absolute best.
If you do not add dietary notes at the time of reservation, please email or call and leave a message — if you do not receive an email or call back confirming your restrictions we cannot guarantee accommodation. We do our absolute best to catch everything, but we are human!

Reservations
Étoile is a reservation-only farm-to-table tasting menu with a $50 per-person non-refundable deposit. We have two seatings per evening, Wednesday through Saturday at 7pm and 8pm with the bar opening at 6:30pm.
Reservations are booked through Tock. You can do so through Tock’s website or app, or through the reservations tab here on our website. Please make sure to enter all of your special occasions and dietary needs at the time of booking.
If your dietary needs are submitted to Tock, you are golden! If you do not add dietary notes at the time of reservation, please email or call and leave a message — if you do not receive an email or call back confirming your restrictions we cannot guarantee accommodation. We do our absolute best to catch everything, but we are human!
Our phone cannot always be answered (especially during service), so please leave a voicemail or send us an email.
25% gratuity is added to all checks.

Late Arrivals
The bar opens at 6:30pm for our reserved guests. We try to begin promptly at the time of your reservation but we also like to leave space for guests to explore the home and garden, and also indulge in a cocktail, so please arrive about 15 minutes ahead! We do go with the flow of our guests, but we try not to begin any later than 15 minutes after the time of your reservation. If you arrive late we'll do our very best to catch you up, but we cannot guarantee this and you could possibly miss courses.
Cancellations
Our reservation deposits are non-refundable but ARE transferrable if you decide to choose an alternate date AT THE TIME OF TRANSFER.
If you do not cancel within 24 hours you will be charged the full price of the tasting menu and a 25% service fee.
All of our prices are subject to change.
Private Dining
There is a private parlour, our Gold Room, that seats up to 8 guests. You can book this in our reservations tab through Tock.
Guest Quantity
There is not a maximum number for table sizes. 24 seats are available each evening, Wednesday through Saturday, and whichever mathematical configuration occurs is how it works! For instance, one night we might have a party of 20 and a party of 4, and on the next night all tables of two, so it really simply comes down to whoever books first.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. We are unable to take cash as payment.
25% gratuity is added to all checks. We cannot split checks.

Private Events
We would love to host your private event, large or small! We do not have price packages, as each event is personally crafted for you individually with Chef and our event coordinator, Kat. Please reach out with an email with some general information and dates and after that we will call you and further discuss all of the details.

Younger Guests
Children are happily welcomed as long as they have experience in fine dining spaces and are old enough to sit for longer periods of time. Please take this into consideration in the interest of our other guests. We do not have a children’s menu and we charge the same price for everyone who dines with us.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available here on our website and you can order online. If you’d like a handwritten certificate on our stationery, please call or send us an email at kat@etoileorleans.com.
Evening Attire
Business casual is our minimum request but also feel free to wear your finest — you can never be overdressed!
Wine
Our small but mighty wine list was created by our veteran sommelier who also curates our pairings and by-the-glass list. You are welcome to bring your own, and our corkage fee is $40 per bottle.
Parking
There is a parking lot on the side of Étoile on Foucher St. If there are any spaces available you are more than welcome to park, but we cannot guarantee a space.
